He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Madden and Aline Gresham Madden; his stepmother Ethel Madden; and his brothers, Pete Madden and James Madden.
He is survived by: his wife Amelia Madden; his children, Melissa Madden Cromer (Kenneth) and David Allen Madden; his sister Sarah Carr; his grandchildren, Dustin Keith Madden (Erin), Allie Cromer Acker, Emily Cromer and Samantha Madden; and his great grandchildren, Lillie Kate Cline, June Elise Acker and Raelynn Nicole Madden. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
