He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Calvin Head and Beatrice Carter Head; and his wife Lynn Hensley Head. He is survived by: his son Russ Head (Shala); his granddaughter Maggie Jo Head; his brother Tony Lombard (Carolyn); and his nephew Stuart York.

The family request that you wear mask, and social distancing to be followed.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
