She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Burk and Glenda Carol Moon Burk; her son Eric O'Neal; and her brothers, Jeffrey Burk and Steve Ashley.
She is survived by: her husband David Michael Henderson, Jr.; her children, Teddy O'Neal, David Henderson III and Courtney Henderson; her daughter-in-law Amber Gentry; her grandchildren, Kilee Gentry, Keegan Gentry, Kohen Gentry and Dusty Elrod; her brother Gary Burk (Angie); her aunts and uncles, Ray, Joyce Burk, Christine and Butch Hullisteller; and her niece Jade Wells Payne. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
