He is survived by: his wife Judy Smith; his daughters, Michelle Duncan and Jennifer Grant; his stepdaughter Shannon Breise; his grandchildren, Brenden, Weston, Dawson, Noah, Ariana, Zoe, Jessica, Austin and Zachary; and his great grandchild Leo.
