He is survived by: his children, Mathey Ladale Smith, Owen Keith Smith (Melissa Dale), Teresa Denise Cordle, Cynthia Lynn Brooks, Pamela Ann Cromer and Tricity Lagail Reeves; and his sister Edna Boatner. He is also survived by 15 Grandchildren and 17 great-grand children.
