She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Van Horn and Ruby Norton Van Horn; and her son Michael Conaway. She is survived by: her husband Charles Henry Conaway; her children, Pam Winters of Lindale and Ricky Conaway of Lindale; her grandchildren, D. J. Gamel, Amanda Dowdy Adams (Mike) and Heather Simonds; her great grandchildren, Gracie Pilgrim, Emma Pilgrim, Lane Simonds, Austen Simonds, Emilee Simonds and Charlee Simonds; her great great grandchildren, Ryker Pearson, Raylee Pearson and Parker Simonds; and her brother Gene Van Horn. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the McFall Baptist Church (3011 Rockmart Rd SE, Rome, GA 30161). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
