He is survived by: his wife Katherine Viola Maples Lippert of Lindale; and his children, Sarah Lippert of Cedartown, Kenneth Leroy Lippert, III of Lula, GA, Lee and Kelly Lippert of Madisonville, KY. He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great- grandchild.
