She is survived by: her daughters, Darlene Stansell and Kim Russell (Chyanne); her stepsons, Ray Haynes and Allen Haynes; her children, Hugo and Iris Veliz; and her siblings, Fannie Youngblood, Hilma Ortwein and James Justice. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; six great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
