He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Kelley and Bessie Hurley Kelley; and his son John Kelley (Bobbie Jean Lemaster). He is survived by: his children, Randy Kelley (Susan) and Anise Logan; his grandchildren, Shane Fuqua (Amy), Corey Fuqua, Remington Kelley, Jessica Kelley Beam (Andrew), Colt Kelley (Stephanie) and Alysha Kelley; and his great grandchildren, Rachel Fuqua, Ryan Fuqua, Zayden Fuqua, Nora Kelley, Anniston Beam and Drew Beam.

Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the Old Providence Baptist Church (9316 NW County Rd 245, Lake Butler, FL 32054). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
