It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Nesbit (Lindale, Georgia), born in Rome, Georgia, who passed away on April 7, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Miller Nesbit and Katie Mae Holcombe Nesbit; his wife Sue Ann Dryden Nesbit; and his siblings, Cherry Crabbe, Guy Nesbit and Johnny Nesbit.
He is survived by: his children, Chris Crawford, Scott, Tammy Cornell, Daniel, Sherry Evans, Micah, Silver Creek, Jim Nesbit, Katie, Charles Nesbit, Kim and Yucca; and his sisters, Theresa Little of Ohatchee, AL and Jean Morgan. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
