She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie Watkins and William Watkins of Thomaston, GA; her siblings, Bill Watkins, Sonny Watkins, Parnell Watkins and Sylvia Evans (Al); her son Tommy White; and her spouses, Thomas "Smokey" White and Alvin Phipps.
She is survived by: her son David White (Julie); her grandchildren, Darian White (Jayleen), Dylan White (Sarah), Grace White, Landon Brooks and Breelynn Brooks; her great grandchild Anslee White; and her sisters-in-law, Anita Watkins and Vicki Watkins.
