He is survived by: his brothers, Gary Carter and Bobby Carter (Karen) of Boca Raton, FL; and also Greg Jolly. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Oaknoll Memorial Gardens (2549 Shorter Ave, Rome, GA 30165).
