He is survived by: his wife Lynn Smith; his daughter Felisha Carter (Caleb); his grandchildren, Caleb Carter, Jr., Kaylynn Carter and Ruby Carter; and his siblings, Suzy Day, Kathy Roach of Ava, MO, David of Rome, Wayne of Rome and Gerald Little of Rome.
