He was predeceased by: his parents, James Richard Ware and Bonnie Mae Henderson Ware; his wife Peggy Ruth Morris Ware; and his son-in-law Lynn Vence Ozment. He is survived by: his daughters, Danette Ware Ozment and Lynn Ware Spratling (Tim); his grandsons, Brian Ozment and Justin Ozment (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Austin Ozment (Amy), Madison Ozment, Kalei Ozment, Ellie Ozment and Bethany Ozment; his great great grandchildren, Ryleigh Mae Ozment, Corbin Daniel Ozment, Jaxson Thomas Ozment and Gracie Lynn Wessell; his brothers, James "Bud" Ware and Hugh Ware (Phyllis); and his sons, Brian Ozment and Justin Ozment. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the "Lindale Decoration Fund" of Restoration Lindale, 534 Reeceburg Rd., Silver Creek, GA 30173.
