He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Taylor and Willie Everett Roach; his great grandchild J. C. Newberry; and his siblings, Bonita Waddell, Harold Taylor, Jimmy Roach and J. D. Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Moore; his daughters, Denise Newberry, Cheryl Herring and Allison Grant (Tommy); his grandchildren, Autumn Barnes (Jimmy), B. J. Herring (Brooke), John Newberry (Jamie), Sunni Newberry, Taylor Grant, Mallory Tillery (Kevin) and Savannah Newberry; his great grandchildren, McCain of Silver Creek, Troy Barnes of Silver Creek and Audrey Tillery; and his siblings, Kathy Robinson of Grantsville, Shirley Jones of Grantsville, Linda Conway of Grantsville, Wayne Taylor, Ron Taylor and Bobby Taylor (Judy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
