He is survived by: his wife Linda Diane Williams Smith; his daughters, Paige McDonald and Patricia Lackey; his grandchildren, Morgan McDonald, Brooke McDonald and Lucas Lackey; his great grandchildren, Emmett and Savannah Law; and his siblings, Sharon White, Norma Anne Smith, Maxey Smith, Bruce Smith, Randall Smith, Anthony Smith, Greg White and Tim White. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
