She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Carter and Vinnie Manning Carter; her husband Carl Eugene Cuzzourt; and her sister Norma Lee Starling. She is survived by: her children, Dena Peace (Jeff), Jeff Cuzzourt and Michael Cuzzourt (Connie); her grandchildren, Heather Peace Baker, Jayson Peace, Christopher Cuzzourt, Michael McGill and Clayton McGill; her great grandchildren, Grant, Lincoln, Whitney Cuzzourt, Barrett and Emory McGill; and her siblings, Norma Jean Thomas (Edward) and C. B. Carter (Ilene). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
