He was predeceased by: his parents, William B. Pitts and Pearl Mull Pitts; and his brothers, Jerry and Jodie Pitts. He is survived by: his wife Iris Mildred Bradshaw; his sons, Keith Pitts (Wendy) and Danny Pitts (Lori); his grandchildren, Zach Pitts (Stephanie), Bryce Pitts (Jorge Barcallao) and Ciera Pitts (Bryce East); his great grandchildren, Trace Pitts, Leah Grace Lambert, Jessica Lambert and Luke Wood; his sisters-in-law, Helen Pitts Lloyd and Mary Ann Pitts Bohannon; and his nieces, Jo Marie Amos (James), Allison Cook (Robbie), Jeris Pflueger (Joe) and Melanie Oliver (Tim).
