With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Aletha Owens Jarrell of Lindale, Georgia, born in Rockmart, Georgia, who passed away on September 3, 2020 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, J. C. "Roy" Owens and Mary Lou Brown Owens; and her grandparents, Joseph L. Brown and Ida Logan Brown. She is survived by: her husband Clarence "Dooney" Jarrell, Jr.; her children, Bridgett Kirsch (Johnathan), Elex Jarrell (Kelly) and Leonel Cruz (Calli); her siblings, Brenda Robinson (Donald) and Edwin Owens (Yvonne); and her grandchildren, SarahBeth, Owen, Annie Lou, Rah, Lindy, Brady, Mary Claire, Lexie, Cami, Conner, Annalyse, Gavin, Gabi and Piper Leigh. She is also survived by several nieces, nephew and cousins.

Social distancing guidelines will be followed and masks are required.
