He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Holloway and Annie Lang Holloway; and his siblings, Milton, Herman, Clarence of Ralph, E. W., Boykin, Leslie, Manly Holloway and Ruby Haynes.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Brown Holloway; his son Kenneth (Barbara); his grandchildren, Nick Sheppard (Amanda) and Brittney Lively (Blake); and also, Lexi, Alli, Addi Mae, Lane Lively and Autumn Sheppard.
