It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosalyn Virginia Adams of Lincolnton, Georgia, who passed away on February 26, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Daniel Adams, Sr.; her parents, Charles Wingfield Rives and Bertha Johnson Rives; and her siblings, Charlotte Nelle Rives Somerville and Claude Donald Rives.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Adams Welsh (William Welsh) of Augusta, Charlotte A. Hyatt (Jim Hyatt) of Rutherfordton, NC and Carl Daniel Adams, Jr. (Jere) of Atlanta; her grandchildren, Sarah Lynn Hyatt, Daniel Hyatt and Rachel Hyatt; and her nephew Doug Somerville.
