He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Q. Tiller, Sr. and Agnes McKenzie Tiller. He is survived by: his wife Ann Frances Jackson Tiller of Washington; and his sons, Keith Tiller (Katrina) of Warner Robins and Quincy Tiller III (Jessica) of Kennesaw. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
