We bid farewell to Helen S. Parks of Lincolnton, Georgia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 26, 2025 at the age of 94. Helen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby C. Parks; her son-in-law Lowell Thomas; and her siblings, Thomas F. Smalley, Jr., James Smalley, Louise Smalley, Myrtle S. Flint, Clarence Smalley and Edward Smalley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Thomas, LuAnn Beale (Billy), Linda Parks and Elaine Houston (Reid); her grandchildren, Russ Cartledge, Scott Beale (Sara), Ashley Suesserman (Justin), Brittany Cantrell (Johnny), Tyler Beale (Ashley), Lauren Thomson (Bradley), Savannah Rachels and Kaitlin Josey (Michael); and her great grandchildren, Addie Claxton, Ryan Nicole Cantrell, Hallie Beale, Emma Suesserman and Miles Suesserman.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Rees Funeral Home (195 N Peachtree St, Lincolnton, GA 30817). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lincolnton City Cemetery.
