He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Bell Spence and Matile Teasley Spence; his brother Barry Spence; and his great grandchild Spencer Parham. He is survived by: his wife Carol Holsenback Spence; his children, Pam S. Freeman (Steve) of Lincolnton, Paula S. Parham of Grovetown and Brad Spence (Mackenzie) of Martinez; his sister Joy S. Smalley (Jack) of Lincolnton; his grandchildren, Austin, Dakota, Carlee, Hainsley, Alyssa and Sebastain; and his great grandchildren, Aubree, Levi, Bryson, Everleigh, Kason, Kimberlyn, Kinzlee and Blakely Mae.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rees Funeral Home (195 N Peachtree St, Lincolnton, GA 30817). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hephzibah Baptist Church (1750 Hephzibah Church Rd, Lincolnton, GA 30817).
