He was predeceased by : his parents, Dunston Baker Worley, Sr. and Lola Mae Hall Worley; and his siblings, Christine Richardson, Elbert Worley, Jim Worley, Speed Worley, D. B. Worley, Jr., Charlie Worley, Silvey Worley, Ward Worley, Lillian Haralson and Lindy Worley.

He is survived by : his wife Shirley Carol Bailey Worley; his daughters, Tammy Carol Worley of Clarkesville and Angie Worley Dunn of Elberton; and his grandchildren, Ashton Jean Dunn, Lola Carol Dunn and Bailey Len Dunn. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
