He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Spate and Loudelle Bohler Biggerstaff. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Nolia" Biggerstaff; his daughters, Natalie Biggerstaff and Dr. Christen Biggerstaff Trogolo (Frank Trogolo); his grandchildren, Annmarie, Sophia Santiagata, Ryan and Christian Trogolo; his sisters, Cherryl Hicks, Karen Phillips and Denise McWhorter (Price); and his close friends, Tommy Mims and Eli. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Lincoln County Historical Society for preservation of the historical Wright house, in care of Mr. Mack Shealy, 1075 West Lake Dr., Lincolnton, GA 30817.
