He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dan Scott and Bertha Walker Scott of Lincoln County; his son Kevin Scott; and his sister Dot Smith. He is survived by: his children, Dwayne Scott (Roni) of Lincolnton and Debbie Justice (Jim) of Appling, GA; his siblings, Hilda Palmer of Lexington, GA and Billy Scott (Dot) of Rock Hill, S. C.; and his grandchildren, Lindsey Minyard, Chance Scott, Zach Scott, Gage Scott, Daniel Phillips, Karis Vaughn and Ashley Scott. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
