It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Edward Fizer in Lincolnton, Georgia, who passed away on April 23, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William W. Fizer and Goldie Mae Fern Fizer; and his daughter Sheila Ann Newton. He is survived by: his son Alan Fizer of Lincolnton; his granddaughter Erica Newton Batten (Lee); his siblings, William Fizer of Indiana, Bob Fizer of Kentucky, Davie Fizer of Indiana and Mary Thorp of Indiana; and his grandchildren, Riley Brown and Olivia Batten.
