He is survived by: his wife Everlyn Hardnett; his stepson LaMarcus Hardnett; his granddaughter Alaia Hardnett; his brothers, Jimmy Balkcom, Herbert Balkcom, Steve Balkcom (Jacqueline) and Darren Balkcom; and his siblings-in-law, Franklin Bolton (Marilyn), Henry Bolton, Reginald Bolton and Inez Balkcom. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
