He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vernon Higgs and Elgie Higgs; his sister Jane Breault; his wife Patricia Ann Higgs; his children, Andy (Jana Higgs), Betsy (Ron Keszler) and Matt (Laura Higgs); his grandchildren, Ryan Higgs (Adrianna), Josh Higgs (Bailee), Avery Higgs, Ellla Higgs (Caden Carr), Sebastian Keszler, Adelaide Keszler and Nora Higgs; and his great grandchild Genvieve Higgs.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the St. John Neumann chapter of the St. Vincent De Paul Society.
