She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest Fowler; and her parents, James W. "Jack" Tweedell and Frances Young Tweedell. She is survived by: her children, William Brian Mitchell and Mandy Mitchell North. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
