She is survived by: her children, Amy Reynolds (Eric), Jill Iacono (Tullio) and John Edwin Ontal, III; her brother Albert Adcock (Cynthia); and her grandsons, Zachary Mason Reynolds and John Edwin Ontal, IV. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
