She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Ed and Eula Mae Steele; her husband Wallace Edward Woods; her children, Gary Wallace Woods and Kathie Louise Yielding; and her brother Alvin Ed Steele, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughter Pam Woods Horton (Michael); her sister Eddie Mae Woods; and her grandchildren, Ashley Young (Dan), Brian Sisk (Caitlin) and Abby Horton. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
