He is survived by: his wife Jayne Powell Evans; his children, William Gregory Evans (Risha), Kathryn Diane Smith (Matthew) and Dillon Mitchell Evans (Alaetra); his grandchildren, Aiden Matthew Smith, Abigail Kate Smith and Asher Jack Evans; his mother Winona Chitwood Evans; his brother Hoyt David Evans (Kristi); and his nieces and nephews, Brett Beaty, Brandon Beaty, Bradley Beaty, Jonathon Ondercek, Shelby Evans, Colton Evans and Garrett Segars.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Lexington Baptist Church for their Youth and Children's Ministries and/or Penfield Addiction Ministries.
