He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoyt Griffin and Virginia Chester Griffin Bruce. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Griffin (Pat); his children, Ann Haughey of Washington, David Griffin (Jeanette) of Savannah and Tony Griffin (Becky) of Rayle; and his grandchildren, Courtney Brown (Thorne), Katie Carden (Nick), Michael Griffin (Whitney), Ashley Teasley (Drew), Logan Griffin and Faith Griffin. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
