He is survived by: his wife Hilda Palmer; his children, Juanita Taylor (Smiley), Donnie Palmer, Sharon Palmer (Fred), Michelle Silvey and Keith McAvoy (Kipp); his brothers, Gary Palmer (Naomi) and Marvin Palmer (Brenda); and his grandchildren, Matthew Watkins (Jeff), Jeffrey Taylor (Amy), Regina Taylor (Carlot), Ashley Brown (George), Ryan Taylor (Jordan), Jennifer Taylor, Mason Palmer, Ethan Palmer, Fallon Palmer, BreAnna DeJiacomo (Jordan), Paige Silvey, Trey McAvoy (Hannah), Tad McAvoy, Tucker McAvoy and Tamara McAvoy. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
