He is survived by: his wife Clare Soileau Terry; his children, John Patrick Terry, James Clayton Terry (Cherie) and Kimberly Elaine Herrin (Christopher); his sister Nancy Beamon (Allen); and his grandchildren, Taylor Sibley (Thomas), Caleb Terry, Liberty Terry, Hannah Beamon and Hollet Herrin. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
