He was predeceased by : his parents, Hubert Self and Mary Self; his wife Janice Self; and his brother William Self. He is survived by : his children, Jimmy Self (Diane) of Leslie, Richard Self (Ruth) of Ellaville, Christy Wilder (Rocke) of Ft. Mitchell, AL. and Selena MacLeod (Bob) of Warwick; and his brother Hughlee Self of Griffin. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and sixteen grandchildren.
