She was predeceased by: her parents, Vance Hawkes and Lucille Hawkes; her former husband Edward Norwood Bailey; her husband John H. Todd; her son John Bailey; her brother Joe; her siblings-in-law, Gloria Hawkes and Lamar Pittard; and her nephew Captain Lamar "Buddy" Pittard.

She is survived by: her daughters, Jan Williams (George), Carol Harris (Tom) and Lisa Holloway (Clint); her daughter-in-law Marie B. Belcher (Alex); her grandchildren, Tommy Harris (Tasha), Christie Kehoe (Allen), Jason Williams (Tasha), Bailey Harris (Laycee), Max Holloway and Mitch Holloway (Jenny); her great grandchildren, Connor, Anna Harris, Kate Kehoe, Owen, Luke and Reid Williams; her sister Hazel Pittard; her niece Teresa Gresham (Lamar); her nephew Steve Pittard (Jean); and her sister-in-law Freda Allen.
