She is survived by: her children, Dean Hayes of Lenox, Hank Hayes (Jessica Wilson) of Lenox and Wanda Hayes of Lenox; her grandchildren, Hope Exum, Casey Kitchens, Paula Elizabeth Hayes and Sarah Amandalee Hayes; and her great grandchild Kevin Exum. She is also survived by four great-great grandchildren.
