He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ernest Nix and Jewel Mcwater Nix. He is survived by: his son Corey Nix (Ashleigh); his grandsons, Corey Harper Nix and Michael Brantlee Nix; and his siblings, Bruce Nix, Jeff Nix and Janice Nix. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
