He is survived by: his mother Helen Delaine Patrick (Johnson) of Omega, GA.; his wife Julie Patrick; his sons, Kent Patrick (Brooke) of Valdosta, GA. and Chase Patrick (Julianna) of Valdosta, GA.; his grandchildren, Levi Patrick and Bo Patrick; his siblings, Beth Dean (Larry) of Lake Park, GA., Delaine Seamon (Larry) of Spanish Fort, AL. and Gibbs Patrick, Jr. (Diane) of Omega, GA.; his mother-in-law Janice Stephens of Omega, GA.; and his siblings-in-law, Jill Young (Bill) of Leesburg, GA., Rodney Stephens (Tammy) of Omega, GA., Tim Stephens (Jenni) of Norman Park, GA. and Terry Stephens (Cindy) of Sumner, GA.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to American Lung Cancer Association or American Cancer Society.
