She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry William Oliver and Helen Francis Fields Oliver; and her brothers, Harry Oliver and Charles William Oliver. She is survived by: her husband Charles Rogers of Leesburg; her children, Tonya Sue Bass Hayes (Vincent), Sharon Darlene Bass (David Welch), Chester Franklin Bass (Jennifer), William Anthony Bass (Jennifer Lynn Herndon), Amy Loraine Ledford (Chuck) and Charles Matthew Rogers; her siblings, William Thomas Oliver and Angela Neal; and her stepsiblings, Kate Drummond, Joyce Birchell and Charlie Williams. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
