She is survived by: her children, Kearstin, Olivia and Cooper Whitehead; her parents, Hyla Royal of Leesburg and Brent Freeman of Louisville, KY; her grandfather Phillip Spring (Paula); and her siblings, Trey Clements of Cordele, Brendan Freeman of Tallahassee, FL, Brenton Freeman of Idaho, Ally Smith of Leesburg, Layken Dean of Leesburg and Brianna Siroki of Louisville, KY. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
