She is survived by: her caregivers, Dr. Stubbs, Dr. Hanna, Dr. DeSimone, Rescare and Oaks; her children, Robert I. Bolton, Jr. (Kathy) of Gap, Leslie Kelly (Steve) of Tega Cay, Scott Bolton of Leesburg and Sidney Bolton of Leesburg; her grandchildren, Brandie Place, Honey Bolton, Jonathan Bolton, Blake Bolton, Mandy Vinson (Chris), Randi Bolton, Sarah Capps (Ryan) and Matthew Kelly; and her great grandchildren, Gavin Place, Christian Vinson, Shelby Vinson, Cole Vinson, Blakeleigh Rose Bolton, Luke Capps and Ella Grace Capps. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
