He is survived by: his parent Rosa Sheets of Americus, GA; and his sisters, Lisa Rooks (Brad) of Ellaville, GA, Donna Raper (Jayce) of Leesburg, GA and Connie Fountain of Ellaville, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
