He is survived by: his wife Terrie Powell of Leesburg; his children, Kenny Powell (Michelle) of Oakfield and Beverly Boyer (Chris) of Hahira; and his brother Bishop Tommy Powell (Jessica) of Farmington, MO. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
