She is survived by: her husband James Cook of Leesburg; her daughter Jaime Cook (Blake Rogers) of Leesburg; her siblings, June Howell Coker (Jerry) of Doerun, William "Bill" Howell (Susan) of California and Harold Howell (Beth) of Sylvester; and her grandchildren, Autumn McSwain, Zelda McSwain, Rozzlynn Rogers and Mazey Rogers.
