He was predeceased by: his child Eddie Chapman (Salvationists). He is survived by: his former wife Margaret Adams Chapman; his son Kenny; his wife Doris Fizer-Chapman; his children, Captain Ken Chapman (Captain Jessie) and Carla Hill; and his siblings, Pat Mardula, Eugene, Denny and Jerry Chapman. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
