He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joan Feick (Gerlach); his children, Robert (Karen), Thomas (Endora) and Terry; his grandchildren, Kira, Richard, Robert, Wylan, Ethan, Aaron and Casey; his great grandchildren, Callianne and Kenna; his siblings, Eric Boyd and Joyce Walker; and his parents, Phillip Feick and Eloise Boyd. He was also cherished by his family and friends.
